I’m now seeking a hands-on operations manager to help scale — someone who loves interiors, operations, and social media as much as I love design, marketing, and growth.

The Opportunity

Staging Operations Lead (1099 Contractor)

We are seeking a Staging Operations Lead to manage property staging logistics from start to finish. You will handle property walk-throughs, coordinate movers, and lead staging installs. As a 1099 contractor, you will receive profit sharing on a project basis from each staging job completion. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and efficient in executing design plans. Prior staging or project management experience is preferred but not required. 

This is a project based position.
